Jungheinrich KMS100

Hello chaps, we have a KMS100 LZG100/650DZ and it's constantly running in snail mode, it also comes up with error code 164 (drive fault) every now and then and the brake will chatter on and off.

Cheers in advance.

Hi,

Error 164 is "Difference between 1. and 2. Traction Sensor Bearing" so one of them does not send an Signal. Check these both for Signal on Channel A/B (Blue and White Wire)

Mfg

Fact of the week
Architect Gustave Eiffel originally submitted his design for the Eiffel Tower to Barcelona but the city rejected it for aesthetic reasons. As we know, he had more success in Paris, however, his plan was far from popular at the time.
