I have the same error code 0802 EFG 316
Who can send me user manual to reslove this problem plz

Model ETV Q20
Tested all coils, all within 15-30ohms
Inspected wiring, found nothing unusual or exposed.
Found cracked sensor on outter LS of mast and open slot 9f2 (7.5a/58v) fuse.
Switched fuse with same rating 1f13 slot, code did not change.

I am having the same 0802 problem. Im a virgin with these lifts. Help please?

Digital outputs 08=DO4
02 Wire breakage A wire breakage has been detected on the respective output. Check wiring!
Troubleshooting aids:
remove the connector and measure the resistance on respective terminals of the plug connector to check
the individual valve coils.
On-off valves typically have a 15 to 30 ohm coil resistance.
If several outputs are reporting broken wires, an interrupted common return line is probably the cause.
If the resistance measurement cannot detect a problem, the cross-section of the common return line may
be too small.
