Jungheinrich efg.df13sp, err14

Hello friends. I have this Jungheinrich that presents the error 14 left controller does not work the machine works turning the direction a little to the right or left, works only the right motor, I have no information on this machine. If you can help me

Error 14 usually field circuit faulty so could be motor or controller or both. As sometimes a faulty motor can damage the unit.

If it has mp1514 units check between the field connection on the unit and thr supply terminal to see if any shorts.
