Incado Serial re-set

Hi, I have obtained a Incado Can Box which needs its serial changed for the laptop it's being used on, does anybody know how to change this?

Hi John, thanks for the reply. The program worked with the Incado box in as much that it recognised the truck it was plugged into but then came up with a red box 'Invalid licence: 104' when I tried to proceed.
