Discussion:
idler adjustment

I have a customer that has 'slightly' uneven floors and they keep getting stuck with a load on the forks so I adjusted the tension off the idler a few turns and now are chewing up rf load arm wheels. I can't win. Is there a bushing in the articulation that might be worn out? -Troy
