IC3645SR4T404N11 SX controller

I`m told that this controller must be programed after installation. Will a standard lx handset with the correct cable be able to perform this task or is it someting a dealer must do?

it should be somethng you can do with an LX handset as long as you have the correct perimeter settings for the truck it is going to be mounted on...
Oh Yes, you will need the SX controller cable for the LX handset...
