Pin 807 / wire number 24 on the A5 card is the ignition start wire, stick +48 volts on to this & see if the truck starts up.

There is +48 volts on pin 805 / wire number 21 from fuse F60 you can use.

F60 should be the top 10 amp fuse in that fuse holder inside the motor compartment.

I take it you have stuck your hand up the dash & checked the keypad is still plugged in, I have had one come undone before where people like to have a fiddle.

It sounds like the F60 fuse has blown & this is the main ignition fuse.

The truck will appear totally dead with this fuse blown.

If the F60 has blown check the horn & the 2 cooling fans, ive had it before where the horn has shorted out when the horn push button is pressed & the truck just shuts off.

Check the F60 - 10 amp fuse.

Has it got the factory keypad on the dash?

If it has are the red or green lights showing when you press any of the buttons?

from my experience if you pull in a contactor without the system calling for it you will get errors.
i would fix the powerup problem first...
then IF the codes are still there troubleshoot those then
if the codes dissapear then all is well and your on your way :o)

Hi

This is really a BT Reflex with Toyota stickers

Is the machine totally dead until you pull the K10 contactor in?

Check the F60 - 10 amp fuse inside the motor compartment, this is the main system fuse that controls the ignition circuit.

C25 = General CAN BUS fault - look in the error log for the code thats flagged this.

E104 = Parking brake fault - Check the service switch under the dash panel, you have to remove the arm rest panel ( lift the cushion & remove the wing nut ) its the switch on the left as your sitting on the truck, it can get knocked if the arm rest panel is refitted incorectly.

Check the brake coil is connected, measure the resistance over the coil.

Cable number 40 is the battery minus & cable 64 is the brake output from pin 802 on the A5 card under the armrest ( the big silver card )

Need the serial number to get the exact manual as there are several ( electrics & hydraulics are different )
