I don't know what these error codes mean...

Hi forklift wizards of the world,

We've been using our Yale Reach NR040AENS24TE091 for many years without issue, but now it won't move and we see the following error codes:

0200 and 0273

We've never had the manual for this machine and the local Yale distributor in Guam refuses to help us because we didn't buy it from them.

Does anybody know what these codes are?

Any 02 code indicates the operator presence switch is not active. Check the switch.
