Hyundai ALL MODELS

I HAVE A HYUNDAI STOCK PICKER IN MY TERRITORY THAT WE ARE NOW SERVICING. ITS A MODEL 13B0-7. IT HAS A CODE 247 CAN BUS KO IS THE ONLY DESCRIPTION ON THE DISPLAY. TRAVEL AND HYDRAULICS ARE DISABLED. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

S 247
NO CAN MSG N.03
P 247
NO CAN MSG N.02

can you tell me how I can solve this problem?
