Discussion:
Hyundai Orderpicker issue

I have a Hyundai order picker. 13BOP-7

It's coming up with codes T 224 P 222 and T 82
It also came up with a watchdog #1 code but I didn't catch the number.

I think it may be the traction motor encoder because it will sometimes shudder, sometimes it will cutout and come out. Sometimes it might be fine for 30 minutes.

Any info appreciated. Cheers

T82- Encoder error check connections mechanical and electric. Shaft can seize, or slip inside its compartment. Bad bearing can cause electromagnetic noise grinding or chatter evident replace encoder. Of course, if that doesn't work its computer time!
T222 ouch no pos to elec brake. Harness, short
Can be smart driver or controller issue
T224 Waiting for node harness issue or load coil possible controller failure again.
Check for static straps, shorts to frame, battery shorts first

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
