Hyster reach N40XMR won't lift, other functions work OK

Does the hydraulic motor come on when moving the handle to the raise position? If not there is a problem with the handle switch or wire from handle to hydraulic controller. If the motor does come on then you have a bad connection at the valve solenoid or valve itself. Depending on usage and hours, failed cylinder or packing. Good Luck
