I've got a Hyster S30ft with a starting issue, no fuel to the carb, it has an impco model 60 carb and is fed by a spectrum regulator E1657501
the fuel lock is functioning properly.

thanks guys, no codes, I found a short in the harness to the fuel lock
what usually happens with these units is you get a backfire through the intake which tears a whole in the diaphram in the 60 series mixer and it won't draw fuel. It should give a fault code.
as edwardt asked...any error codes?
how about a truck serial number? (this may help narrow things down somewhat) :o)
are there any codes on the dash?
Did you check to see if the diaphragm in the mixer was ripped. There was an issue with the Mazda engines backfiring and blowing out the diaphragm
