Hyster Md # S80FTBCS

Hi i am again looking for some help form the Hyster Techs. out there.
I have a customer with a Hyster Md # S80FTBCS
S/N G004V02808E
It shows a code # 522781-2 at times and no drive. Also shows a code # 522633-2 When it warms up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thnaks. Ralph.
