Hyster H60FT problems

I have a 2005 Hyster model H60FT 7200hrs serial# L177BO6459D. It starts and Idles but wont rev up. No response when gas pedal is pushed (the throttle linkage is intact) also showing code 51-2 on the dash. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
