Raymond 415-C30TT:
Hydraulic problems

Hi guys
I have a Raymond 415-C30TT 415-12-34535 with hydraulic problems.
The pump lift begins to heat, and afterwards the whole system hydraulic is heated. Tilt cilynder heat and stop working.
I already changed, lift pump, pistons and still the same.
That problem will have?

already changed some valves. I you say that can be with residues valve box?
I'll wash the manifould and change the hydraulic oil AW46 to AW32.
Or do I recommend?

you have a restriction. Is it not slow to lift? Load holding valve, prop valve stuck. Start pulling them out, check for filings or dirt
