Hydraulic is not working for the lift ang Tilt. Please advise

all fuses are ok..The seat witch also ok..but stll theres an indication for "no lift".. Thanks

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
