Hydraulic control valve dont works

I need help to repair a toyota 7fgu35,serial 60776 forklift
Hydraulic system doe not work at all. No lift,no tilt.hydraulic pump is good.Ihave a service manual,but the valve seems different to the
valve fitted in forklift.
the valve is a nishina (67620-u3330-71).
Can someone help whit the s.m. for his?

Pump is driven by a driveshaft under radiator, assuming this is turning. Second is make sure you don't have an issue with OPS system. The Seat switch?? Without this , you won't have hydraulic functions. Does the operator light go out on the display? Fuses?? As soon as you sit on the seat, the engine will have a load on it if the seat switch is properly connected
