How to reduce the speed of Jungheinrich truck EJE118-2008

Dear all Jungheinrich experts,

My customer is using the truck model EJE118 (Pallet truck - AC Technology - 2008). Due to the truck is running to fast so they ask me to reduce to the lower speed. Please help me to check and advise how to reduce it without service cable. Please note that this truck has only the LCD display for the battery, there is no keypad or any anythings else for adjust.

Yes, i have programmed with keypad, in fact, if you want to program operator codes the keypad is the only way to program. Its not the easiest to do, its difficult to see what your programming. Keypad 0-9 with a 'set' and 'O' buttons. Becareful when you order, there are two different can bus systems out, keypads look the same but will not work. You have to enter a 4 digit maintenance code, then know all the parameter numbers to enter into keypad, its alot of button pushing to accomplish.

Hi Radon.
Have you tried to program this lifter with keypad? And if, is it the small 10 digit "unlock keyboard"? I've heard that AC's only can be programmed by JUDIT, but i'm not sure if there is another way.
Regards, Max

If your not a Jungheinrich dealer, you could purchase the keypad to wire in and program that way since you have the lcd display. Its not so cheap though. They also offer a programmer to plug in, all that in amounts to is the keypad with an LCD display, again not so cheap, but if your not a dealer you wont have the ability to get Judit for your laptop
