Hour meter problem

Hi..
I've got a problem with the hour meter in one of my AC Forklift. There seems some problem with the Curtis controller. BDI is working well..

Any one knows to rectify this???

When i switch on the forklift, the battery discharge indicator is working, but there is no display in the hour meter. This is the basic problem.
When i connected the controller to laptop and tried to control it through VCL , the controller is not responding. But i can measure the BDI rates through the controller. I couldn't access the controller. Only error messages are coming

It would be a good idea to provide the lift trucks make, model & serial number of the unit and a brief explaination as to what the problem is.
