Help Please with info for Capacity Plate for Hyster, possibly 1958?

I have a Hyster forklift, serial # B3D10411S, with a Continental engine model G193, mast # 137478 128.5 12-71. I am trying to find out a year/model #. It has a Kenhar fork attachment with 2 forks 60" x 5" x 1.5" with pin and ****, has # K2122U and KE93503 on it, and the back of the fork is 21". I'm trying to get information to get a missing capacity plate made. On the side is the remains of an old sticker that possibly says Challenger 50? It is a gas engine with pneumatic tires. Anybody out there who could help me?

That is all it does we don't have any other attachments for it. Thanks for all your help, obviously I am a forklift dummy and I appreciate all the help I get from this forum. I am trying to get legit to satisfy OSHA, we don't use the lift on a daily basis.

No. Kenhar was a manufacturer of forks. The #'s that you had on your previous post sound like the casting #'s that are on the fork hangers.
If your truck only lifts and tilts then it is not equipped with any attachment.

duodeluxe & Mrfixit,
H50F and 1972 are very helpful, thank you very much. For the attachment would Kenhar be the manufacturer?

Your truck is a 1972 model. Mrfixit is correct it should be an H50F, assuming that the "50" decla on the side of the truck is correct. This truck was made in capacities ranging from 3000# to 6000#. You would have to contact your local Hyster dealer to get a capacity plate, however if the truck is equipped with an attachment that was not on the truck when it was manufactured you will have to positively identify it by manufacturer and model # in order to get the correct capacity plate.

CodeJ,

You will need to supply your local Hyster dealer with all the information you have in your thread. They in turn will go back to the factory to have a new data plate processed and sent to you. They may require additional information to ensure accuracy. Good Luck.
