Mismatched passwords usually means someone changed the VSM or the display. This will cause the truck to not operate. You should be seeing a display mismatch error on the display unless the display and VSM were changed at the same time. The only way to reset the display password is to have a service level password or use the laptop to reset.
Thank you for the advise BREWSKI I will perform a calibration and check the pins and connectors, the sensor have been replaced with known good ones from a second forklift on site, I did find by going into the settings that the serial number in there does not match the serial number on the data plate of the forklift, Do you know if that could be the cause of that code?
By any chance do you know any master word I can use to go into the menu and reset the password, the basic password does not work on the second forklift there. And thanks again for your help.
This usually indicates an erratic input from either the TISS or TOSS sensor. Do A calibration first then change out one at a time or replace both sensors. Also check the connectors for dirty or bent pins.
