Hard to start when cold

Truck is hard to start when cold and will not idle. after it warms up it runs fine and will idle. you can shut it off and it will start no problem when warm. has a new lp regulator.

Did you change/clean the slow running solonoid, top right looking from front mounted with 2 Philips screws

Fuel filter changed, what is the VF number on the analysis, O2 sensor operates correct, TA at or below 5.5. How many hours ?
