fuse blowing

I have a lift that im working on and its driving me crazy.when ever you raise forks to last stage it blows the fuse when it tops out.it also does the same when you slide forks all the way to left or right.I have changed the unload selonid valve this didnt correct problem.

sorry I forgot to mention which fuse it was. Its the ogs/others fuse.When the lift blows this fuse it will not start until fuse is replaced.

You did not state which fuse.. Have you checked the OTM cable for shorts which are present when the mast is fully elevated? Also, any wires around the carriage
