ON A CS4000 CROWN FORKLIFT MY FU4 FUSE BLOW SOON AS A PARKING BRAKE LEVER IS RELEASE.
MY BDI GOES OUT AND NO CODE SHOWN.

could use a little more info but here are some ideas to check. If key switch is off and you are not in seat this has to be in seat alarm circuit. if key is on and you are in seat then look in the battery restraint circuit.
