forks won't move: lift,tilt. nothing

the forks don't move at all. when lever is used all you hear is a click, can someone please help. email is mariofl at baptisthealth dot net.

sounds like fuse, contact tips or main lift motor brushes. take the rear cover off and check the large fuses for continuity. if fuses are ok you can remove 1 motor cable and check continuity from one lug to the other. both tests should read close to 0 ohms or very low resistance. if you dont have knowledge of meter use let me know and i will get more in depth and give you some alternatives via email.
