Ferrocharger Model: GTCII18-865T1 Fault Code F5

Hello. Our forklift battery charger is displaying a fault code F5. I'm hoping someone can tell me what this means.

Thanks for reading and for any help you all might be able to provide.

well, i don't know that code, or am familiar with that charger. chargers are pretty simple. diodes, capacitors, fuses all pretty easy to check. unless this is one of those scr start models that dont use a contactor to start. but even those just use a scr instead of a contactor for start up, still not a biggie to check.

all components, fuses and connections check good then the only thing left that could be faulty would be the logic board.

unless the battery itself is bad and the charger codes out because of this.
