Fault Code #81

When lowering the forks an alarm sounds and a code "81" comes up. Machine operates normally other than that. Appreciate any help.

for the EASI orderpickers code 81 is for the lift pot out of range

unfortunately you need the "superword" for the unit to calibrate it if you need to replace or adjust it

make sure the mechanical parts for it arent damaged
