Fault 12801

Good day, i am trying to figure out what the fault code 12801 is on one of our forklifts, model E50XN-33. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a problem with the directional switch. There should be about 5 volts to switch. The return goes back to VSM at different pin locations. Suspect the switch has come loose or failed. Do you have switch in lift handle, on throttle pedal or at steer column? This will help in determining the next steps to take. Good Luck
