Discussion:
Excessive drivetrain vibration.

Hi
This truck has been a bit of a problem for us, when first diagnosed over a year ago the truck would reach top speed and then start violently shaking. We narrowed this down to what we thought was the support bearing for the dive shaft/u-joint. We bought the world most expensive service manual for this truck and followed it to a tee. Hooked everything back up and the truck ran great...for 2.5 months.... then it started again. This time we replaced the u-joint, as well as the support bearing and hooked it all back up and success for 6 months. Now we are into it again only this time the symptom seems to be slightly different. When at half to a quarter throttle the truck starts shaking. Only at that point anywhere else the truck is smooth as can be.
Has anyone any experience with this, if you work for a doosan dealer is there a tsb for this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you

check the nuts that hold the yokes on each end (if it has locknuts holding them on), and see if they are coming loose.

if they happen to be just a slip fit on a splined shaft then they might require shimming behind the collar between the yoke and the shafts?

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
