error forklift Jungheinrich EFG-DF16

hello,
i'm an young electrical engineer, honestly it's the first time i face with such a situation, and i'm very enthusiastic to learn about those beasts ;)
any way, today i was called for help from a friend who's getting an error sound from the forklift (he told me that a spanish company do the programming for the lift ) and it displays (ALARM 11 LIFT MANDO 21529e).
so please can anybody help me to figure out the probleme,

Problem is motor. Low short. Or mando ( Broken mosfet).
