Usually these errors are caused by the interruption of the N1 track under the CPU card connector. Good job.

I have the same problem. I guess toyota doesn't think about 250lb guys jumping on and off the forklift all day. I have repaired the plastic seat mount for the plastic seat switch several times. I have now taped it up and stuck it under the seat. This alarm is active when the switch doesn't disengage after the lift is shut off. It is to let you know a safety feature is not working properly.

I see the A5-1 code from the driver sitting in the seat turning the key on and off and it just needs cleared and watched. on the other code if you have another truck same model switch the floor boards and see if it follows over to that truck. If so it is the sensor on the floor board if not we have found it in the wiring.

Sorry, but we must be careful because the error codes are displayed on the same series 5FB-6FB-5FBE-FBM-FBMF but sometimes have different meanings, we need to find the fault in another part of the forklift.

I had a C8 fault the other day. for anyone looking to save a pointless call out charge try the following:

check wires leading to accelerator pedal in front of truck for loose connection/water. Very easy to do, simply lift forks high out of the way and you'll have access to wires between tyres.

a combination of cleaning and hair drying this area resulted in truck working again!

would it be possible to forward me a list of the fault codes too please?
thanks
