Error Codes 0171, 2195 on C35L

Clark C30L

I've got a C35l with a 2.4l engine that has codes 0171 and 2195. It runs rough at idle and engine surges at idle.
Does anyone have any literature on this unit?
Does anyone know what these codes mean?
Any info would be of great help. Thank you in advance.

There are 2 lambda probes on exhaust
One before the muffler - catalyst and one after
Inside counterweight in pipe
I have replaced a lot of both pre and post
Clark's are known for them going bad especially if the unit isn't used much
It builds up condensation on them
Also check wiring to them I've had a few that rubbed against side and chafed wires
Mostly one in counterweight also check the plugs on wiring for any moisture etc

Those codes are oxygen sensor related
