please check battery voltage under load and if you have flood type battery check each cell for volts per cell.
if you have the 4 6v batterys need to remove and check each battery under load I have seen batterys have failed.
if you have another unit there with the same battery volts plug into unit and see if unit operates
Thanks for the clue - I will test each coil to see if one is faulty. Do you have any technical documents for this unit? My machine is actually a W25ZC. Another clue is that the led red light is flashing.
I bench tested the main relay by applying 24 volts and it seems to work fine.
Thanks very much for any assistance.
AL04 is a problem with the lowering coil. Check all wiring. AL10, as stated it can be a number of things. First thing is checking for proper battery voltage. Make sure to check voltage with key on. Look for a voltage drop below 20 volts when key is turned on.
Hello , I am also having this AL 10 code - looking for a solution. A clue might me that if I lower the handle and turn the key it first comes up with an AL 04 code and then after a bit triggers the AL 10 code. Would greatly appreciate your incite!
if the battery is plugged in and the unit's brakes do not hold (they release, when the battery is plugged in, not related to the handle switch/sensor) then code al10 can be the brake bypass has been plugged in so the unit can be pushed without dragging/skidding the drive tire.
For future reference... Bad Zapi, not sure if the unit`s worth fix`n
Thanks for all the info regarding the Zapi controller Swoop, will put it to good use and update what I find.
