Hello, good day all pls I need help on my hangcha lithium electric forklift
My hangcha electric forklift lifting pump motor controller is showing #,# error code on it's board what's the solution pls ?? and the controller is new one

What is the correct name of machine
Should be like this CPDS20-AC3, then I can know what controllers.

Where did you get the controller? Is it correct
Software? So you don't only got an new controller without software
