Hello , I have same R70 - 25 , with codes 195 and 197 it pops randomly , as i read your comments guys 195 is brushes problem but , current model have brushless 3 phase driving motor :S when forklift starts wheels trying to go forward/backward like crazy , can an encoder make this problem ? and also if posible if any1 know menu passwords , thank you. (tried 2999 didtn work)
hello I have a R70-30 still manufactured in 2001. it indicates error code 2, 57, 58, 195. if I'm working with it for more than half an hour the error 195 is displayed and the forklift drive is switched off and does not go no forward or reverse until it cools down. I think that something is overheated then the error 195 is displayed, what is the problem?

you can read data out the truck in the display console withe the touchpads ,in the level 2 you can reset the errorcode list.

Hi , you can delete the errorlist in the level 2. The 195 code are drivemotor and 196 pumpmotor brushes.

To which brushes do these codes refer to (steering motor, traction motor)?
How can we delete the error codes?
