My dock Foreman told me he is getting a c380 code from our Toyota 8HBW23 lift truck any ideas what it is?

Code C380

Code Title - Lift Contactor Tips Not Closed
Operator Display - C380
System Response - None
Reason - Open connection from the TA to the lift contactor coil or faulty contactor.
Tests to Run - None
How to Clear - Check the wiring from the TA to the lift contactor. If wiring okay, replace faulty contactor.
