Switch on truck depress brake pedal and error code comes up would anyone know what the error code would represent

yes, we turned the truck on and and off a couple of times at the same time we turned the steering wheel quickly, this cured the problem.

Steer axle position mismatch.

It could be wiring fault or sensor itself.

If previous are ok, then encoder fault on steering motor or el steer motor controller
