Error code 60

When I turn on the machine, alarm 60 appears on the panel.
On the logic board I have 2 led. Led 1 traction is off and led 2 Pump is on. The machine does not make any movement.
Can you help me?

Display, logic card or wiring....need make measurement to make sure...my bet is logic card.
