Crown RD5200:
error code 364

Truck was donated, didn't work, armature burnt, traction motor bad. Had motor rebuilt. Worked for about 8 months. Motor goes bad again, error code 364. Rebuilt again. goes bad again after 2 months. Rebuilt, goes bad again after, about 2 months again. Each time this happens, nothing works, dash lights up, but nothing works, no lift ,no tilt, no steering, until the motor is repaired.

Disconnect the battery before you remove any cables from controllers.

I'm thinking your right about the access 3. I have a friend that has a forklift wrecking yard. I'm going to see if he has one. Thanks.

Here are a few ideas:

-the Drive Motor controller (Access 3) is sending too much amperage to the Drive Motor.

-something is wrong with the Drive Unit.

-the battery is weak and not supplying enough voltage to the Drive Motor
