Yale ERP040VFN36TE082:
Error code 12576

This truck is actually a ERP040VTN36TE082; SER.# G807N02089H. I think this is an open motor or bad controller. I'm unsure how to isolate which motor or controller it might be. If that's the problem at all. Any help is appreciated.

First off, Check the truck wiring for short to frame. Both Positive and negative. The next thing is to check the CANbus loop for proper resistance and connectivity to each component. A lot of these codes are caused by faulty com wiring.
