Error 3154, 3156, 3158

Hi we have this 2009 efg which has stopped working. We replaced the steer pot in the back and calibrated the steering. Which resolves the error, however after turning truck off and on again the same error pops up. So calibrate again and its all good until we turn it off and on again.

I am going back to it tomorrow just wanted to know if anyone has had similar issues? Ive been told could be the steering sensor in the steering wheel, which I'll try tomorrow.
Also the first 3 steps of calibration asks to turn the steering wheel right to left to lock, but the steering wheel sensors don't stop on a lock so not sure if i am doing that correct?

Regards

This is a great post for future reference. This also means the rear steering pot was okay, and you can keep it for ease of future troubleshooting. However some newer pots have different plug.

Just an update. Changed the sensor in the steering wheel and resolved the problem.
Its the same sensor as the one in the back on the axle.
Just incase anyone has same issues in the future.
