i dont understand what this error code 1501 stands for any suggestions?

El circuito controlador de la
etapa final se ha disparado

La señal de hardware "circuito controlador de etapa final
de potencia" se ha disparado (puente principal);

Se ha producido una interrupción externa del circuito
controlador MOS-FET.

- Conecte y desconecte el vehículo;
- Verificar los cables de conexión del motor
(cortocircuito);
- Comprobar el sensor de régimen y, en su caso,
sustituirlo;
- Comprobar el motor y, en su caso, sustituirlo;
- Sustituir el componente;

mando combinado);
