When turn on the forklift lifting and steering functions work properly but acceleration in not working, I cant move forward or backwards parking break is stuck.

Buenos dias, saludos desde Argentina. Como dijo tr_doctor, la falla es producida por el desgaste de los discos de freno del equipo. Compruebe si regulando los micro interruptores de freno la falla se va, compruebe el funcionamiento de los micro interruptores y si esto no elimina la falla deberá cambiar los discos de freno del equipo.
