Code 25104 said motor rpm sensor.
Replaced hyd motor sensor and hyd motor,pump , coupler new motor cables also replaced drv motor sensor, battery good and out of unit.
No shorts to frame no voltage leak to frame.
Replaced line contactor and 2 red thermistor!
Can clear code but comes back on key up.
If I pull back on lift lever while keying
I can get it to work but not all the time.
16,000 hrs on unit,very clean battery and compartment.any help would be greatly appreciated.?? All parts oem ! Once I get it going
It will work like 10 times in a row.seems if it sits
For over night or weekend then it acts up on first key up.Gremlins maybe?
