engine not turning over

i have a clark C25CL that the engine will not turn over. yesterday lift was cranking fine until i erased the code which was a 481(throttle body return spring week i think) this morning lift wont turn over. i can jump the starter and make it crank but not with the key switch. any idea's on this.
