Jungheinrich EMC B10 US:
Emergency Reverse (Belly) Switch operation

I have a lift with intermitten Belly switch operation and we are no longer a Jungheinrich dealer so I really don't have any support. I took the tiller handle apart and checked resistance on the board across the wiring coming from the switch. Gray to Black wires 0.3ohm when switch is closed, Gray to Blue always shows open, Black to Blue shows 6.9ohm when switch pressed. Is this correct? Also, what kind of controller check is there?
I know that you have to replace the whole module when this goes bad and it is a pain to get parts(especially the right ones the first time).
I appreciate any help that I get.

I have a fleet of them and have trouble with the micro switches failing. Black is common. Blue Is NO and grey is NC. I found a source for the switches and I take them apart and install a new micro. There are two different styles one with 4 wires and one that has flag terminals soldered direct to the board. I would also check the wireing harness under the motor cover. It can drop down and rub into the harness.
