Electric throttle control not working, not getting power

serial number H2X350M0283420

truck will run if you work throttle manually. checked and not getting power to throttle.

If anyone has a wiring schematic can you email it to me

Check the pulse generator that picks up on the ring gear
Located on the top of the pump bell housing
