electric pallet jack not moving any way

Turn key on, powers up, with full charge and when lowering handle to engage contactor , there is a loud click and all goes dead.

Thanks for the help; found voltage drop when cables were wiggled back and forth; bad spot in cable at two spots, changed out cables-problem solved.

What is the serail number of this lift?

I would also check the line/main contactor power tips for being burnt and not providing good contact.....

Check your battery voltage. Sounds like you have a voltage drop across your line contactor.
