Also searching for electrical diagram for Raymond 102T-F45L. Short when plug in battery
I had the same problem with the unit not going into high speed most of the time and sometimes when turning. Found the handle pivot bushings were worn just enough that the microswitches at the pivot area would click out when pulling the handle to turn.
I've found that these machines are very sensitive to battery condition so I made up a adapter cord to plug the unit into another battery pack to check if it is a battery problem or not. It has saved me a lot of time, instead of checking out the batteries when the problem is with the unit itself.
Do you have meter with min/max? Test batteries one at a time.
Whats the minimum voltage for self test?
First arm switch is for slow speed. 2nd one for full speed
Most likely it does'nt see the second switch. Replace both and adjust correctly.
I also have a issue with the raymond 102t-f45l I was wondering if you could help me with? When using the jack one moment it will be stuck in creep mode where its moving slow as a turtle, the next it will jump and start to go regular speed for a short period of time. Then back to moving slow as all get out. I was curious have you ever encountered this problem?
What is the issue? Harness is bad for rubbing under control handle. Switches at base of control handle often fail or bracket gets bent.
Easy to remove handle assembly with 3 screws. Wires chafe as it pivots and touch frame.
What are the issues with the truck?
Numero uno problem is batteries. One fails and the truck may not even pass self test, then shuts off.
