Hello again guys,
I've changed the drive pedal with a new one.
I've checked the wires and voltages and the micro switch for the drive pedal and there is no problem there. If the pedal is pressed when the truck initiate then we get a error for the switch.
The seat switch is OK and also the wires are OK. Trying to drive without the seat active we get the info 090.
The hand brake if is active on the dashboard the red LED is on.
The inverter is OK (changed wit the one for hydraulic system).
When I press the drive pedal on the drive motor we can measure the frequency and is increasing but the voltage is only around 2v compare with the pump motor the voltage goes around 12 volts.
The dive motor is OK (I connect the outputs for the pump motor to the drive motor and is working).
The direction switch on the lifting/lowering lever is OK. I can see on the dashboard when is changing.
So, no driving and no errors on the dashboard.
(now I have the wiring diagram and the error list).
Any idea what could be the problem??
Best regards.
Hello,
Thank you both!
I'll try all that things tomorrow and I'll tell you what I'll find.
Best regards.
yes , seat switch must be made
parking brake must release off of switch
accelerator pedal returning to neutral completely?
generally anything wrong, even these things will throw a code when direction is selected and an attempt to move is made.
Hello nemanja,
